If you have a bank account, the simplest and easiest way to access your money is via a Direct to Bank transfer.
Share Withdrawal Form
You can request a withdrawal by completing a share withdrawal form, available from the forms section of this website. If we receive the completed form at our Head Office in Chester before 12 noon, Monday - Friday, we endeavour to transfer the funds to your bank account by close of business that day.
Telephone Withdrawal Request
Alternatively, if you have already completed the documentation for a nominated bank account, we can arrange transfers via telephone (subject to satisfactory security checks). Again if the request is received before 12 noon Monday to Friday we will endeavour to transfer the funds to your bank account by close of business that day. Requests received after 12 noon will be processed on the next working day.

We are able to transfer funds to any bank account that you require however if the details are different to those held on file we will need a signed withdrawal form; we are unable to accept alternative bank account details over the phone.
For those members who do not have a bank account we can set up an Engage card. This is a prepaid debit card onto which we can transfer your savings and you can then use it to withdraw your money from a cash machine or purchase goods instore and online. There is a small monthly fee payable on the Engage card charged by the 3rd party card issuer . If you do not wish to have the funds transferred to a bank account we can issue a cheque payable to yourself or a 3rd party. For this you will need to send us a completed share withdrawal form detailing the payee name and we will ensure that it is posted out first class the same working day as the request is received.
